"Staff ok. Door faulty lock. Ac unit cools but room seems to have excess water in the room. Housekeeping needs to look beneath the bed/chair and nightstands."

"We were very impressed with Best Western Plus! Very clean& quiet. I gave 4 stars because the bed was too soft, as well as the pillows. Nowadays most use memory foam mattresses and pillows. Made sleeping difficult. The room was very humid & AC would come on frequently but as soon as it stopped, it would feel muggy. Just to note it was 90 degrees or more with high humidity outside!! Overall our stay was very pleasant but please get foam bedding, before our next visit. "
