I love Novotel because every property is consistent - whether it's the friendly welcome; the furniture in the room; the quaint doors that allow a separation between the bedroom from the hallway in every room; and reliable and tasty food. The car park under the hotel is an unexpected and welcome bonus.

Nice but oh so cold
Decent staff, but my room was cold. -8 outside not good. I asked for a heater , it just about kept me warm.
