This is a well run functional hotel. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It is clean and with a focus on eco recycling etc. The rooms are compact and somewhat Spartan. The major challenge is car parking, which can be difficult.

Apollo Hotel
Room was clean (although the daily housekeeping was pointless - just emptied the bins, cups and spoon was still dirty). Very warm, quiet room. Some furnishings worn but bed and pillows very comfortable. Building is unique but not a problem like mentioned in previous reviews. I didn't have any cause ...

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham
Fabulous room, hotel location and staff!! We had some lift issues only one in 4 were working but the guy who was helping was such a great guy and super friendly dispite the amount of greif he got bless him!!
