"The hotel was lovely- very welcoming with beautiful flower displays. The rooms were well appointed with quite a luxurious feel provided by pristine bed linen and towels. The tv in my room did not work but on contacting guest services someone came very quickly to sort it. I was able to change rooms. ..."
