"Very clean. Amazing staff who is so efficient and responsive. Made our kids feel so special. Every request was completed in 5 min. The biggest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The food was amazing! The options on the "limited midnight menu" were more than most American hotels have on their full menu. The food arrived hot and fresh. Warning: they include salad and bread with the order so it'll definitely will be a lot of food. Portions are so generous. We had Maacher jhol and kosha mangsho for our first meal back in Kolkata after 10 years after coming off a 24h journey. What a treat!"
