Check out time isn't till 11 if I wasn't staying even. Very rude. Says too bad it has to be done. I called the front desk no apology, no discount for running me out early. "Bed bugs! From the minute we pulled to the parking lot, it was a terrible experience. The property is filthy and in need of serious maintenance. Thankfully the first thing we did was check the bed because there were bed bugs! We immediately checked back out. The staff was unconcerned and offered no solution or apologies. They did refund us at our request. Stay away from this hotel! "

"We had a corner room with a great oven view. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchenette but it would be handy for a longer stay. The Counter was great for drinks by the pool. The staff was very friendly. The hotel property was well kept. Would definitely stay again. "
