"I come often and noticed a complete staff makeover. Not as friendly and smiley as I remember, but they do their job. The hot tub was broken, and the front desk knew nothing of it, so hopefully next time I come, it's fixed. I was looking forward to using it this trip, so I was disappointed. Also, the coffee bar is sad. Last time I thought maybe it was a bad couple of days, but it has changed. Bring your own tea and creamer. Coffee was just fine and brews 24/7. But that's it- just coffee, hot water and sugar. I appreciate the convenience of this hotel and it is well-maintained for a beachfront property in it's price range, so nothing here is a deal breaker for someone like me."

"It was nice and comfy for the most part. Housekeeping was really good. The air conditioning made strange noises. The nightstand table wasn’t straight against the wall. I didn’t even want to keep my phone on it. The nightstand table looked dangerous to me, the way it attached to the wall. There was confusion with their restaurant, Traders, from various staff members. On arrival, the desk clerk informed me the restaurant on-site was available for Breakfast, lunch, and Dinner, and it remained open until 10 pm. 2 days later when I was approaching to get dinner at about 5 pm, an employee informed me Traders was only open for Breakfast due to renovations, and it was currently closed. I had to get dinner elsewhere. The hotel is in a great location, with a bus stop right in front and with restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. I liked the pool area, and how I was able to sunbathe in a lounge chair and watch the ocean waves, without having to walk in cruddy sand. Overall, I was glad I stayed there."

"Needs a complete remodel. Front office is beautiful. Walk back to the building where the rooms are located, the building and at least our room needs heavy maintenance, painting, remodel. Was shocked especially for the price we paid. Donuts for breakfast gets old after one, plan on eating at the ihop across the street. Mary at the desk was the best during checking and following up with us. Front desk staff did not ask how our stay was, if everything was ok. A lot to work on."

"My stay at the Hilton hotel in Daytona, FL was okay overall. However, my main concern was that the bedroom was outdated, and the bed had visible stains on the side. In addition, you could feel the springs through the mattress, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep."
