"Room was clean with ocean view(3rd floor). The pool is clean, but what normally would be the "hot tub" is not hot, it's the same temp as the pool, so basically a kiddy pool. If the outside temps are cool, there is no real option to enjoy the pool area, as there is no hot tub. Very loud pre/during/after Bike Week due to proximity to the main road and the bike parking under the rooms. Easy access to the beach, but there is on-beach driving, caution with kids on the beach as the vehicles driving between the property and the beach are all 4- wheel drive, i.e. usually large tires. "

"We had the king accessible room as I am in a wheelchair and it was partial ocean view, and it was absolutely perfect. And the patio by the pool was the perfect spot as it’s right on the ocean staff was always cleaning and super friendly. We would definitely come back here again. "

"Horrible customer service. I left my wallet in our room and the hotel has admitted they have it but will not give it back to me. Unbelievable. Had to file a police report and now I'm going to have to cancel all my cards and go through all the trouble of duplicating everything in my wallet because Latoya refuses to give it back to me claiming I can't prove it's mine which is utterly ridiculous. Rooms are OLD, musty, drains clogged, door handle/lock fell off. Do not recommend. "

"To book a hotel, you should call the hotel first. After choosing it because of all the amenities I needed (pool, hot tub, etc.), I received a message after paying saying none of them worked, even though I could have chosen something better. I didn't cancel because the payment system I used was very slow, and I would have lost my money if it hadn't been processed. The parking was awful; there was too much space for motorcycles and not enough for cars, making it very difficult to park. We also paid a deposit, and it took a long time to get it back, while other hotels are much faster. Otherwise, the service was very good, and they gave my wife a birthday present."

"Our room was clean, but the door to the bathroom was broken. The hinges were bent, and the door was hanging 1/2 inch off the wall. The tub was resurfaced with some sort of paint that was peeling, leaving pockets of water lying in the walls of the tub. No coffee maker in the rooms. The mini Fridge did not have a freezer to refreeze our travel coolers reuseable ice packs. We went for breakfast at 8:45 am and not much left to eat. When we went back to get into our room the key did not work. So loading the car one person had to stay in the room while the other packed car. Check out time is 11:00 am I assumed the key would work till then. This is why I rate it so low."
