"Staff was awesome- super friendly and helpful from the valet to front desk to market cashier and patio bartender! Got upgraded to an ovean-front room with wraparound terrace, which was fab!! Room could use major upgrade. Carpet and couch were dingy and old (as in, we were careful not to sit on couch at all), but bed was pretty comfortable and sheets were clean and fragrance-free (bonus!) Felt like a 3-star resort, not 4. "

"The resort offered a decent overall experience, but there were a few noticeable drawbacks. Only two out of the four elevators were operational, which caused some inconvenience and wait time. Housekeeping service was inconsistent in quality, and the pool area could have been cleaner. Overall, the property would benefit from improved maintenance. "

"It’s a Best Western so we knew what we were getting for a short stay. However for the price and comfortable bed this hotel beat my expectations. Yes it’s a bit rough but for $100 next to the speedway it was a good deal."

"We only had the hotel booked for one night, and we ended up leaving around 10:30 p.m. and didn’t even stay the whole night. The room never cooled down. We put the AC on the lowest temperature, and the highest fan, and it would still not cool down the room. I had to stand in front of it a few times just to cool myself down. The AC was blowing room temperature air instead of cold air. We also saw a small live cockroach by the sink. The floors were dirty as well, leaving my feet looking black unless I wore shoes. All in all, I would not stay here again. "
