"I booked the king studio suite. It had a great view, somewhat spacious. The furniture was a little cluttered, as well as old and worn. The decor needs to be updated. The bathroom is small and needs an upgrade. The amenities are pretty basic. I would say the service is 4 star, but the hotel is more of a 3 star. I think I expected a little better considering it was Hilton. Overall I’ll rate it as average."

"The lobby was well maintained. I overall was surprised when I came, it was nothing like the photos. The property is outdated and I was hit with unexpected parking fees that wasn't disclosed when I booked the property and that was one thing I was seeking to avoid when looking for a place to stay. The room was clean overall but was stains and dirty when closely inspected. I needed an iron during my stay and the one in the room was dirty and all the ones they located were dirty or not working. I finally received a good iron but the experience was stressful. I was also put in a room by the freeway and a distance from the amenities so I wasn't able to utilize the basketball court or the fire pit which is some of the reasons I booked as well. I personally wouldn't stay here again but it is suitable for family stays and quick visits. The breakfast was very good but the eating area was small so go early to find seating!"

"I didn't like that checkin wasn't until 4p. After a 5-hour drive, I didn't want to wait for my room to be ready, but if I paid $150 for early checkin I bet they would have had a room ready. At Shorebreak they let me checkin early without an additional fee and gave me an upgraded room without an additional fee. Whoever was above me was making noise @ 2:30 am!"
