"Overall a good stay. Check-in did take a while because there were some complications with the guest before us but the wait does not fall on the staff. They did what they were able and brought out another member to help with the line of guests. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The property itself is old so the room does feel a little cramped. It is on a major street which conveniently has many shops and restaurants providing a lot of dining options and easily accessible stores if you forget anything. It does tend to get loud early morning though. The location is close to many freeway entrances making it easy to get to many places throughout OC. "

"My special needs son and I had the best stay at the Waterfront Beach Resort. I loved the easy access to the beach and the view from the pool, he loved being able to wander wherever he wanted and do his own thing. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was absolutely fantastic! Staff was super friendly and took initiative, anticipating needs. We will definitely return!"

"Did not eat at the hotel, as you had to pay for it. Room was clean and comfortable. Back door entrance to the hotel did not require a key card to open. It appeared to be broken. "
