"I was told they didn't qualify for breakfast then I would have to pay out of pocket which to my understanding I thought I had breakfast included with my stay"

"This place is a dump, the carpets were nasty with stains anywhere you walked by. The furniture was dilapidated and looked like it was the same from 30 years ago with cigarette burn marks. The bed had large indentations on both sides of the bed and felt like I was sinking the whole night. Do not bother with the “breakfast” offering as it was old stale muffins and granola bars with coffee. I booked this room for a business training and I regretted the minute I walked in and saw the interior of this place. Staff was very friendly, nice and attentive but even their best efforts couldn’t make up with all this place is lacking. "

"You kind of know what you're getting when you book a cheap motel, but I really wish we could do slightly better with this sort of thing. The staff was friendly and efficient when checking in and out, but the room was terrible. It smelled bad.The sheets weren't very clean. The floors were dirty. There were literally what looked like small blood stains in the sink. There was also only one electrical outlet in the room and I had to move a nightstand in order to plug in my phone charger. All that being said, sometimes you just need a cheap place to stay and if money is your main concern, I've seen worse motels. There were no cockroaches and it looked like some small effort had been made to clean. But, if you can afford something better and you want to feel safe and slightly comfortable, just go somewhere else. The only real upside is that there's an In-N-Out right next door. So, it gets some points for that."
