"Very clean location. Staff was friendly with check in and other questions. Only concern was there are two levels and no elevator offered to use. While I understand 'disabled' rooms are specifically requested, having health issues that are not diablitilng but do make it hard to use stairs frequently - that was my only (but big one) concern about the property. Yes, I did ask for a lower (after check in - totally my fault, thought I could handle it) and they were all taken already."
