Room was very comfortable. The bar area could use “real” glassware and a few utensils (like spoons). Found it odd that the hanging closet was NOT in the bedroom, where there was an architectural cutout that is unused. Staff was very helpful and the Friday night fish fry at the Wave was excellent.

Everything was great. Very comfortable room with great view of the lake. Nice patio to see the sun come up. Food was very good at all the restaurants. We ate breakfast st the Oakwood. I felt bad for the waitress as she was the only one working all the tables. She did a fantastic job.

This was a wonderful time to get to the Heidel House. It was decorated wonderfully for Christmas. The fire place in the lobby was a nice touch and the outdoor fire was wonderful as well. The lake view from our room was beautiful with the lake fog rising off the warm waters. Very pleasant stay.

The staff was tremendous, especially the late night desk attendant, Kristi. She was super helpful and very friendly. Heidel House is one of our favorite places to stay. Truly a wonderful experience.
