"We have stayed here twice now and will stay whenever we come back. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, shopping, and the Epic Event Center. The event center was the primary reason for our stay. It is one block away from the event center. It is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. "

"This place is a disappointment. There are no refrigerators, microwaves, or coffee makers in the rooms. The rooms are pretty basic with beds as hard as concrete. Some of them seem to have been remodeled, but you can only polish a turd so much before having to actually upgrading it. The AC/Heater unit looked like it had gone thru a war. The 1st floor hallway smells like a combination of a dirty person who hasn’t showered in a couple weeks, mold, mildew, and wet dog. Whoever gives out rooms decided it was a great idea to put a guest with a dog on the second floor; all anyone could hear was the dog running across the floor, it barking, and the owner yelling at it. Mind you, I am an animal person, but I know just like kids, you always put them on the first floor. The front desk clerk did move me to a room on the 2nd floor to get me away from the dog noise. That hallway and the room itself smelled like weed. The AC/Heater unit was in worse shape than the previous. To my surprise, there was a microwave and refrigerator; that’s after the front desk clerk saying no rooms had them. Bottom line, I will never stay at this hotel again. They need to get their act straight or just shut down and let it be torn down."
