"We traveled 3 hours to Green Bay with 2 toddlers. After spending a long day at the local zoo and Bay Beach, we went to the hotel to check in to our room so that the kids could go swimming for awhile. We were told at the registration desk that Hilton’s computer system was down and they could not make room assignments. It was almost 8:00 pm (9:00 our time) before we got a call from the hotel to say we could finally get into our room. Our Grandchildren were most excited about swimming in the pool, but they were exhausted by then and ended up sleeping in their car seats while we rode around and waited for a phone call from the hotel. I feel like Hilton should have at least offered a discount to the people who paid for rooms they were not even able to check in to. All we got was a bottle of water and a bag of Cheezits !!! We went to the pool the following night and there were no towels. I went to the front desk and asked for some and was given 1. I told them there were 4 of us and was told that’s all they could give me and that they had to save the rest for the guests. I’m sorry…I’m a paying guest!!! My husband ended up going to our room and getting our room towels which meant we had no towels for showers the next morning. This was our first time staying here since it changed to The Spark and I can honestly say it was not a good experience. We will probably give it another try and hopefully have a better one next time."

"Was there for one night. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. The room was clean, but it was obvious the prior person who was there had smoked. The bathroom was clean, but it had a weird industrial cleaner smell also. The AC worked. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV worked. The included breakfast was actually pretty good, as far as hotel included breakfasts go. Location was relatively close to Lambeau. Though my room was a bit dated looking, it was clean and functional which is what mattered in the end. Overall, I would go back to this place when I come back for a visit after a game."
