"Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. Some furniture are dated and can use repairs but overall, still enjoyed our day. My daughters enjoyed the breakfast and pool. I liked that the room had a fan to drown out noise and it was a quiet and cozy room. Staff was friendly. "

"Every time we come to Madison we stay at this hotel. Perfect location and excellent service. My only complaint this time is that we requested service for the room on Sunday, left at noon, returned at around 8pm and room was not cleaned. This is the first time that had ever happened so I assume there was a miscommunication somewhere. Governors club level is definitely worth the extra cost. "
