"When I arrived check in service was easy and fast, they offered two elevators but unfortunately one was out. The room was clean but I hated the bed blanket felt more like couch covers. Bed where kinda of hard to, the indoor pools where pretty decent kids definitely enjoyed that. WiFi connection was terrible doesn’t make since to have free WiFi if it doesn’t work. Overall everything was decent. "

"In the midst of a winter storm, the place was suuuuper busy. Sharon at the front desk helped me and she was cool as a cucumber under pressure. She had a line of about 15 people waiting to check in, phone ringing off the hook, and a lobby full of people with kids running everywhere. Stressful for anyone but she was patient and didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me through. She took her time helping me and answering all my questions. Cheers, Sharon. You’re one in a million.
