"First the lobby was nice. Customer service was polite and friendly. I found the area safe felt safe as a solo traveler. Security over parking lot. Lot is small, parking is tight. Bed were very comfortable several pillows from soft to firm good to know. Pretty clean hotel but I am a clean and osha inspector in building g so I find items dirty most would not overall no hair nor dirty floors. Furniture had some scratches but it is a dog friendly hotel so dogs can do that. I did not any bad smells...

"The only issue we had was the cold indoor pool. We have been in other indoor hotels pools and have not experienced one this cold."
