"I requested to have a quiet room. Thankfully I was put on the 5th floor, but unfortunately it was on the side of the building closest to the intersection. I did not hear people in the hotel, but the road nose was very loud and I could hear the ice machine that was also near by. The ice machine on that floor was older and did not dispense ice even though it made a lot of noise. The ice machine on the next floor was newer and worked. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice. My son was disappointed that they only served sausage all weekend and no bacon, but I thought it was still nice to have eggs and a meat along with waffles. The bed was very hard and my body was sore from sleeping on it. We stayed here because it was close to the college and had breakfast and we got a good deal. If we got a good deal we would probably stay here again, but bring something to sleep on and request a room on the even side."

"Very clean premises, both the lobby area and my room. They did not offer continental breakfast which was disappointing but they did offer free coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee machine in the lobby was not working when I needed it the most - in the morning. They have an attached restaurant but it was Indian food, which I do not eat. There was a McDonald's and Red Lobster in walking distance to the hotel. I was awakened many times throughout the night by freight trains zooming by the hotel. At first I thought they were fighter planes due to Andrews AFB being so close. I realized as I was leaving that there were train tracks were right next to the hotel. No fault of the hotel. All in all, a decent hotel, fairly priced (less than $100), very clean and pleasant front desk manager."

"Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptional. It is a safe area but near the highway which makes it noisy all the time. However, I would stay again."

"It was a nice room there was no bad smell we enjoyed our stay although the tub water was not draining correctly when I showered but other Then that it was very clean."

"The reviews about the smell in the hotel are absolutely correct. The hallways smell horrible getting to your room and my room had a weird smell to it as well. It’s dog hair all in the carpets around the building and in the elevator as well. The double queen room is spacious and has a stove top, microwave, refrigerator and freezer but you have to bring your own utensils. And for four people it was only 2 washcloths and 4 towels which I don’t understand at all. Parking is free and infront of the building and behind it but some spots are very dark so be careful at night. The staff were pretty good that much I can say. If they fix the little things this isn’t a bad place to stay. I’d stay here again if need be."
