"This was my 3rd stay at this resort, and once again, it did not disappoint!! My granddaughters loved the arcades, pool & ice skating. The staff at the resort are amazing - nothing is too much to ask. Our hairdryer didn’t work - they came right up and replaced it. We got locked out of our room - they graciously gave us a new one. These are just a couple examples of the amazing hospitality demonstrated by the staff!!"

"We loved staying at Park Place. It’s a beautiful hotel and very comfortable. I just wish we had an ocean view instead of bay view but they were sold out. We were also there in April while it was too cold to use the pool. It would have been nice if they had an indoor pool but oh well. We really enjoyed our stay. "
