Everything very well they clean every day the view very Beautiful since I stayed in the part that is in front of the beach only They must put their towels separate from the one of the hotel since they can get confused, in my case they took my toweI imagine it was due to confusion because it was where they put theirs but everything else very well.

Good economical stay. Clean room , coffee pot, microwave Fridge,all the required necessities. Parking (actually free and well lit ) and luggage is a little inconvenient, but for the savings it's well worth it.

Bathroom was kind of gross and there were burn marks on the countertop--guessing either cigarette or curling iron. Right off the boardwalk, so convenient location, but a bit far from the busiest areas with all the restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly.

The new manager, and person that has been thete for a long time, Jeff has done a great job of making this place so much better. It is an older hotel so expect just the basics. Its super clean and tje staff is very attentive.

Room did not overlook the beach, but you could see the beach from the left side. We didn’t get the room for the beach view. Place was clean enough, very limited bedding option. No extra blankets, pillows, or any other bedding for the pull out sofa; we didn’t need to use it anyway but it would have been nice if it was included. Other than that, the beds were soft, the room was clean enough, and the check in and check out was a breeze. Good price for an offseason weekend
