Everything about our stay was accommodating. We needed extra towels, they provided it. We needed a rollout bed, it was there within minutes of us getting into our room. Staff was great, the rooms were clean, and the amenities were inviting! Overall great stay, great time!

The property was all ocean front rooms with a comfortable balcony, large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The bedroom was large enough to accommodate 2 people with room to spare. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals or store snacks. The living room was also spacious. There was a large screen TV in both the living and bedroom. The staff were more than helpful, they seemed to truly care about our comfort. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved being oceanfront. Pool was crystal clear with a great swim up bar. Also appreciated having kiddie pool separate from the other pool, used mostly by adults. The only disappointment was how adults “saved” chairs then disappeared for hours. It’s posted not to do that but no one seemed available to enforce the rule. Room was clean and comfortable. Great rain head shower. TV takes a little work to understand - shows Netflix and HBO but you need your own login info- but not a dealbreaker. Will stay here again.

After returning home, I realized that one of my swimsuits was missing from my belongings. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, especially considering the excellent reputation that Hilton hotels have. I hope the hotel can look into this matter, as I have always associated the Hilton brand with high standards of service, professionalism, and trust.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this hotel and are looking foward to returning back next year on our family vacation. It has everything you need to have an amazing time. From the outdoor pools, one was the kiddie pool section which had a slide a lazy river and a hot tub. The adult side had a pool bar and a restaurant, grill and bar area as well. The beach was a couple of steps down and you were on the beach. We had a balcony which was amazing to have your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Many restaurants around. I suggest Barn 34 for breakfast and Sneaky Petes for seafood lovers. Over all this hotel gets 5+ stars. John was amazing super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The whole staff was really respectful and nice.
