"Excellent "

"It took us 45 minutes to get checked in even though there were too individuals. We reserved a king bed and we're given two queens because the "things were sold out". What's the point of making reservation if you don't get what you reserved?"

"My tv and the ventilation didn’t work. They offered me complementary break feast I guess."

"The rooms are nice and comfy. The parking lot made me nervous when I pulled up because of unusual activities but the staff let me know it was a safe environment."

"We stayed at the hotel before leaving for a cruise out of the Port of Baltimore. The hotel was beautiful, and the location was great. Our only concern was the neighborhood We honestly did not feel safe walking around after dark. We were approached for money many times and there was what appeared to be a gang fight outside of our window in the middle of the night. The hotel did have great security but definitely would not return to that location."

"All amenities were in "repair," breakfast was not good, found long strand of hair in the omelette, we had to eat Mcdonald's across the street"
