Pickup at airport within 20 minutes. The breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable. What stood out above and beyond were the staffs commitment to the customer. From the first shuttle driver to the gal that has 2 sons all were cheerful and very friendly and professional. We truly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this hotel with these staff members. Love from Michigan and Wales. You guys rocked it out!!!!!!

praktisch gelegen, großer Pool, großes Zimmer, nicht weit zu Restaurants oder Geschäften. Gute Entfernung zu Washington oder Baltimore

Great hotel close to Washington DC with on site parking

The staff at the hotel were exceptional could not help you any better.the food was first class and the restaurant was very nice the rooms were very clean and big.

Gorgeous hotel, great staff and in a brilliant spot. Annapolis is beautiful. Would stay again.

Cleanliness was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful. However, be aware if breakfast is not included in your price , the hotel charges a service charge as well as expecting you to tip the staff, which makes it very pricey. Also, you get charged lodging sales tax, destination fee sales tax and destination fee which at over 15% each is quite expensive. However, it is extremely well positioned for sightseeing and visiting the national monuments, and the metro station underneath is very handy

Really enjoyed the ambience of this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was a great place to hang out and take in the views.

Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped rooms with an excellent breakfast, great transport links and good amenities nearby - the perfect family base from which to explore Washington!

Excellent location and room facilities

Great staff, spotlessly clean and large comfortable rooms.

Great hotel location Nice spacious room and comfortable beds Was let down by the gym with that not as well maintained

Friendly staff, comfy room, and nice area near the train station, metro and DC attractions. Next door is a proper pub that stays open after midnight, great to unwind in there with a couple of drinks before going to bed. If Im ever in DC again Ill look for a room here first

Great stay, staff were always very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Liked that coffee/tea and water was supplied in the room.

We found the breakfast team to be very hospitable and warm especially Mary S, Maria D and Lisbeth. The bar team are also good but they are rushed off their feet and therefore the service and cleaning areas suffer. The gym is adequate and superficially clean - it does the job. The front desk team we found that the more experienced member could actual help whereas the less experienced did not really help as they themselves were not to sure and were just googling like we were - whether this is a...
