"Check in was smooth, and the room was very clean. Had a bad first night because for some reason, the AC did not work. Couldn't get any help. But, the breakfast buffet, and the staff were very good! Tried to take a shower my second morning...the bath getll bottle was empty. That was quite upsetting. I believe they should be refilled every morning, and shouldn't run out. Overall, a good stay. 4 stars"

"Had high hopes for this new to me hotel. Sadly for the price I didn't see the value: walls were thin; black out shades were not cut to size leaving large gaps for light; coffee pot was broken; electrical sockets didn't work - leaving my phone uncharged and me on short power for a very long day in the city; promises of an Arlo yoga mat went unfulfilled when the house keeping member handed me additional coffee pods and said "we don't have the mats." There's great potential, but not sure I'll return given the multiple shortcomings."

"The location was great for our stay to visit a few museums in the city. We also took a preteen and teenager with us and this was a great family environment. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the staff members were very friendly and ready to assist!"

"Loved the room at first. It was like a small apartment. Good location and very comfy. We left for a few hours. Where we returned our room was 85 degrees! Like a sauna! The heat was turned on full blast throughout the building. The front desk apologized, but said there was nothing they could do. We slept, sweating, with the windows open. Not acceptable."

"Important notes: rooftop deck with pool that they feature prominently in the ads is not open until late May regardless of weather. Lobby bar closes early - no in-room evening dining. Rooms are definitely average to below average - especially the accessible rooms - which you may be assigned even if not needed (we were!). Lighting in bathroom is terrible and feels like a Motel. Other than its location, I found this hotel below average."
