10/10 Excellent
"We were here for a 5 day convention at the U of Maryland. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The free breakfast options were very limited as they have a paid option as well. But for the location and cleanliness, we made it work. We will be back."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites College Park-University Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The property was clean and breakfast was good. We stayed 2 nights and we were comfortable. There was fresh ice water with orange slices in the lobby. "
"Amazing friendly people. The hotel is modern and clean. My only critique would be that there is an emphasis on keeping the front area and grounds tended to more frequently. There was some trash around the parking area that hadn’t been picked up during my 3 days. Also there are weeds now growing through the pavement in the front entrance. The lobby going in had not been vacuumed and there was small tile pieces piled in the corner. The blue chairs in the bar area are very lovely but some are ripping at the seams and very visible. I also smelled marajuana in not only the public bathroom next to the bar but also several times walking through the halls. I see that there is a slippery slope with the quality of the hotel. These are small issues that did not affect my stay but were noticed and are simple fixes that will keep visitors returning. I fear that if these simple items are overlooked then there will be continued decline which would be a shame. It truly is a wonderful hotel and I will happily return and tell others to stay until there is a reason not to. I hope management reads my words and integrates them with seriousness and as an opportunity to shine. "

"The room that we rented was decent, clean and spacious. The service agent at the front desk was professional and respectful and patient. I wouldn't mind renting again for another few nights in the future. "
"They are renovating the hotel so be leery of that. But otherwise the hotel was great. The staff was wonderful. My room was clean and it was quiet despite being a weekend that was very, very busy because of a concert I enjoyed my stay and would stay again."
