Our flight was canceled twice-stressful situation. Seth at the front desk was phenomenal! He took care of my husband and I! Sometimes good Customer service is hard to come by these days; after working with Seth, he has given me hope that there are people who take pride in their roles and he took a lemon situation and made lemonade! Thanks Seth! Much appreciated!

The general manager, Kevin, was highly engaged with us during our stay. His team was great in all areas - breakfast, cleanliness, helpfullness. The hotel is near the Pentagon City metro, making it easy to get anywhere in DC area in a short amount of time. Only negative is there is no pool base on state's lifeguard requirement.
