I booked the hotel via Expedia and paid in full my room at day of booking. However, in the middle of my stay (in 10 days from the beginning) the hotel charged my credit card on the file for two times (two days in different amounts). It happened about a week before an end of my stay. When I figured out this, I contacted to hotel’s representative, who said that they have not received a confirmation of payment from Expedia. So, according to this info Expedia is guilty. I contacted to Expedia’s representative and he provide me with all details of process (timeline and events), specifically that the hotel charged my credit card at the very first day of my stay. As it follows from Expedia evidence, hotel’s representative statement was false. Definitely, two hotel’s charges on my credit card have been released, but my feeling about this situation did not change – poor service"
