We liked the location, view, and suite design. We didn't like that we stayed for 2 nights and the housekeeping didn't clean our room. Also, when I wanted to make some coffee, I found dust and coffee stains inside the coffee machine.

This is a property priced at a higher level for an average property. Valet and bell men were great. Front desk was a nightmare. We were early around 2:00. Told we could chech in early if we upgraded and paid between $300 , and $100 a night. When we refused. Told our room woukd be ready by 3:15. Went back at that time told to come back at 3:45. Just rude. Breakfast was a nightmare. Room was average. Elevators were inadequate. Long wait to get one. Doors closed super quickly and you would have to try ti kep them from closing only successful half the time. If other guests were tryi g to get on or off with luggage, you never were able to get on the elevator. Do not plan to return to the property.

George & Huey of guest services and bell services was great all the other staff from services everywhere in the hotel ranking them from a 1 to 10 one being the worst and 10 being the best I give all them a 1

The staff were incredible. From the moment I walked in, I knew that we were in a high quality establishment. Negatives - the store had no prices on items, so a $30 price tag on three snack items was quite a shock at the counter. The parking situation is excessive and grotesque. Charging $70 per night to park my own car exceeds ANY location I have ever been too by over double. Not mentioning it while I was booking felt like gouging. Even the option of $35 offsite with a shuttle is excessive.

Location is conveniently located within steps to the Casino, restaurants and other attractions. With no real ammenities to offer, the hotel rooms definitely needs some care and updating, and $100/day valet?? Hotel is not worth the price. Bit excessive really for what you get overall. Paid $3K for 2 nights in a 4-bed/2-bath room last updated in 1990 and no cleaning service.. Could've head south to all-inclusive for 1 week (flight and hotel).
