What a fabulous hotel. I am happy to highly recommend. Friendly, professional staff. Clean and well equipped room and spotless shower room with lovely towels. The food was a very high standard with plenty of choice for everyone. The bar entertainment on Friday night was excellent. The pool and spa facilities were 'the icing on the cake' ..clean warm pool big enough to have a good swim. Sauna, steam room and hot tub were also excellent. I was so pleased with this hotel. Really good experience. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff. Great food

Warm welcome, all staff friendly

A wonderful hotel. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Perfect location for shopping and eating and access to transport.

It’s a great hotel, modern and stylish

Brilliant. Internal decor of public areas is quite sumptuous. The bar and restaurant were great and surprisingly reasonable for the style of hotel. Staff very friendly and efficient. Spa & pool look great. Secure parking at a reasonable £16 per day. We were given an amazing room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.

Easy hotel, great value nice rooms

Great staff lovely clean rooms and good breakfast would recommend

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. The best hotel we’ve stayed in in London and I’ve tried many of the 5 star hotels here! The breakfast was epic! Honestly first class all round! We were given alcoholic welcome drinks on arrival In the beautiful new bar and showed around personally by the lovely Katerina. Will definitely be staying here again when we...

Great service and super clean

Such great staff, fantastic room, lovely touch with valentines treats thank you! Breakfast choices amazing too but the best aspect of our stay were the chocolate credibly friendly staff!! In particular Aysha, who was very friendly and accommodating- thank you again- I will be recommending!! .

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

It's hard to relax in the shower when you're conscious of potentially flooding the place. A liquid soap dispenser (like the one in the shower) at the handbasin, rather than a...

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay with our 5year old daughter. Facilities and staff were fantastic. We will definitely be back!
