The hotel was clean and easy to access.

Fabulous service, beautiful room and wonderful views

Very nice hotel! View from my room was really cool, however location isn't the best due to a small amount of public transport near the hotel. Room clean, really pretty, a lot of place, extra area to sit, huge fridge, microvave and anything else what's needed to live. There is event laundry room! Staff was really nice and friendly. Higly appreciated. Complimentary breakfast? It wasn't the best I have ever eaten, but due to the fact that was free and I was able to find some a bit healty options...

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast and service was phenomenal!! Parking was easy, the room’s temperature was great! Will be back to stay soon!

Clean hotel, friendly staff

Easy check in, all staff friendly and accommodating.

Very clean excellent accommodation staff were very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast... Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location. We were here for the Jags game and easily walkable. Great to walk to restaurants afterwards too.

Great location for St Augustine! Walking distance to all the shops and along the waterfront. There is also a trolley stop right outside the hotel which is great for the hop on hop off tickets you can purchase around town! Room was clean, with a great modern bathroom with one of the best showers ever! Also, the beds were so comfortable!! Parking was $26 per night including taxes. No free breakfast at this hotel which isn’t a problem at all as there is a great breakfast restaurant next door...

Staff a mixed experience, some very good espec valet parking people. Some eg checkin rather aloof. Outside rooms noisy. Tip: don't go for a premium room, for peace and quiet ask for inside view, but not of the pool. Bar friendly, breakfasts good food
