"Upon entering my unit, I was met with a toilet overflowing with urine. A roach was also present within the bathroom, which I promptly eliminated using a towel. Despite attempting to contact the front desk, the phone in unit 216 was unresponsive. Additionally, the bathroom covers appeared to be excessively soiled and unpleasant to the touch."

"Room was disgusting. There were stains on the bed, dead bugs in the room, pubic hair all over the bathroom floor. We knew we were going to leave after the first night to give us time to book another hotel. Got up in the morning and showered, grabbed a towel and there were 2 blood stains on it. They advertised a restaurant on their website but it was closed for “remodeling”. When asked about it they said “we never advertised a restaurant”. The bar area was full of leaves and looked like it hadn’t been touched in months. The staff were rude and didn’t help at all. Don’t waste your time and money on this so called “beach resort hotel and suites” joke."

"oRIGINAL ROOM WAS AWFUL. nO VANITY IN THE BATHROOM TO STORE PRODUCTS. wE WERE CHANGED TO A WONDERFUL ROOM WITH A VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND POOL."

"The use of the sister hotel lobby & Tiki bar to access the beach is convenient. The sister hotel (Ocean Manor Hotel beach front resort) is across the street and has a large pool. Both are close to grocery stores and fast food (McDonalds & Pizza)"

"The room we booked was certainly not the room we stayed in. We made the best of it and enjoyed the Casa Calabrian restaurant and having our guest enjoy the private beach with us for only $6 valet for the day but when it came to our room it was a bummer. The deluxe ocean view with king bed was far from that. We had maybe 10% ocean view, we special requested a king size bed (it was a double bed or king) walked in to see a double and all the pictures that were shown for the room were with balconies. Let me just say Hotels. Com are doing their best to help us and that’s what’s making it worth it. So if you book through a third party never count on the hotel to help you"
