"You are a good 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach and you need to cross a 4 lane road that can be busy. There will be extra charges when you check in including paying a daily fee to park at the hotel. The hotel is quite and clean and there is plenty of outdoor seating near the office and at the pool. The entrance is not marked very well (at all) and could be easily missed. The room we had was very nice, with a small kitchenette."

"Great location and hotel for the price as we stayed for 5 nights. They have their own tiki bar but also right now door is the bambo tiki bar which is great. Food was good, pool was very warm, Room was clean. Jet ski's available to rent right at the hotel. Only a 15 minute walk to Lauderdale By The Sea which is great. You do have a balcony but they are all on either side of the building having to look to the left or right to see the ocean. Showers do not have a door on them so it tends to get very wet outside of the shower on the floor."

"This is my favourite place to stay in Lauderdale by the sea. It’s safe, convenient, clean and the staff goes out of their way to help. I used to stay at a popular hotel down the road but ever since I discovered LaMer, I have always stayed there. You should too. You will love it and come back often."

"This was a great place for a 3-day beach get away. Free parking on site, coolers, chairs, beach umbrellas available for free. Nice pool. Unit was comfortable, nicely updated. Very quiet at night. Excellent location for walking to all the fun spots in Lauderdale by the Sea. Several excellent restaurants. Easy drive to Ft L airport. Could even get by without rental car!"

"Best little hotel ever the staff above and beyond because we needed check in earlier than usual. They had newly remodeled the entire place. The rooms were big and very nicely decorated. They had a laundry facility on site and it was very inexpensive and convenient. We did not use the pool. However our room was right across from it and it had cabanas different seating and it looked like a bar for entertainment purposes. This was a great little gem of a place."
