Far from "3 star hotel" even if everything was refinished. Very basic outdated motel room at best. Charges $10 per night "resort fee" for 2 tiny pool access etc. Access to beach and dining etc all take longer walk or some drive. Carefully check its location before booking, the Fort Lauderdale beach picture shown is 3 miles or so away!
