Our past stay we had an ocean view room. We decided on Oceanside room this time. It was sorely misrepresented on the web site and disappointing and the door to the balcony was difficult to open. "Let first start with how wonderful and helpful the staff were right down to the end!!! I will say there was like 2 staff that weren't not to nice very rude but me and my family realized just to not deal with them. Our room was very cozy and very clean we loved that a lot! The pool was very clean as well as the lobby!!! We also loved that the beach was right there. The parking was not the greatest but we dealt with it.... It just seemed very pointless, but I give a supper high-five star!!!! We felt that the good very much so out weight the bad!! Thank you for everything ❤️. Schenk Family "
