"Beautiful resort. So peaceful "

"I don't really leave reviews but i feel i do this time. It was very misleading upon booking. the chairs for the beach i thought were included in the resort fee. They were not. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock which i have teenage daughters so i didn't sleep at all. The bartender at the pool wouldn't make pins coladas because of the blender. She didn't know how to work it. The server in the restaurant informed us we couldn't eat at the tables but we couldn't eat at our chairs either"

"Rooms are kinda dark without good lighting "

"Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The rooftop that was advertised was not functional. I think it’s still being built out so that was disappointing. In the morning I wanted more coffee before heading out. There was no self serve coffee and the service for the lobby was not good and took a half hour just to get coffee. Wry disappointed in that service. "

"Unfortunately this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Very run down. No towels or toilet paper so I had to go to the front office to request those. Some of the furniture was broken. Everything just looked old. They really definitely need some renovations and maybe it can be a better place to stay. "
