"The lobby is beautiful and staff is helpful and friendly. The room had a balcony with partial ocean view. We were very happy to be on 9th floor. The pool area is decent. Loved that there was a tiki bar. We didn't enter the pool or hot tub but enjoyed our afternoon laying out next to the oceanfront. Decent spacious room with nice bed, modern tv set, storage, and safe. Plus that balcony view!"

"Room was clean, area was busy and cars noisy. Very convenient location. Neighbors were loud, fighting, and playing music loudly, we were grateful we had limited time in our room. We only spoke to one staff, she was kind and knowledgeable with lots of recommendations. Encountered lots of cleaning staff and they were really nice, they were working very hard! Pretty typical for the price point and last minute accommodations. Wasn’t a bad stay, probably won’t go back, I’d pick a less busy part of the strip "

"This stay was not so grand at all. One star is being generous. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the photos online don’t match reality. The room was dirty, everything smelled like weed (including the bed sheets), and the whole place felt neglected. Something even bit me while I slept. On top of that, the environment felt unsafe with very questionable activity around the property, and the staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. To make it worse, I was charged an additional “service fee” with no clear explanation of what that was for, which felt completely unjustified given the condition of the stay. I was genuinely uncomfortable the entire night and thankful it was only a one-night stay. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay. This place needs serious attention before it should be considered acceptable for guests."

"The housekeeper went above and beyond for us helping my daughter when she hurt her foot, she was so nice and kind. Her name was Clara I believe."
