Truly a gem of a property. Amazing location with villas in the middle of a jungle. Great private beach with a cafe and enough sun beds for everyone to get situated. Bikes with each room to travel around. Great dining restaurant and a bar. I definitely would come again.

Fantastic staff, comfortable and cool room and bed, delicious food, gorgeous beach and sea views. Oswaldo was wonderful - when my suitcase was lost on arrival he helped me take a boat to a place to buy cheap clothes.

This is possibly the best place I have ever stayed in my life. What a beautiful, grand, picture-perfect property. It feels like it should cost thousands a night to stay there - like somewhere an exclusive celebrity or film star would stay. It was inspiring, enchanting. You have to stay there to believe it. I would love to stay here again.

Property was very conveniently located in the historical central area, so it was easy to reach everywhere by walking. Staff at the hotel Maria, Rodrigo and Juan were very personable and helpful

THE best hotel! I travelled solo to Cartagena, Colombia for the first time so was naturally nervous but couldn’t have had a better stay at OSH. This hotel is a dream and even better than the photos in person - how is it only 3 star?! Location is 10/10. We stayed in the family villa with a pool and it was stunning. Really quiet, clean and beautifully designed. Worth the money and regretted we only stayed 2 nights.

Given this is a 5 star hotel. I would expect them to offer an area where tou can get showered if your room isn't ready. Apart from that everything was good

Little paradise away from crowds and noise.

Simply excellent. Sophia Hotel is fantastic hotel in the heart of the old town/centre. The rooftop pool and bar area has a lovely view and the food is good too. The music can be a little loud, but the staff are friendly and happily turned it down when we were the only couple on the roof enjoying the pool. Reception is excellent with any questions you may have and helped us immensely. The breakfast is also amazing! Thank you to the staff for such a great stay.
