The best hotel !! We came for a wedding and bad friends staying in multiple locations, we all agreed out of all the locations this was THE BEST hotel. Jimmy in the front desk goes above and beyond. Whenever we come back to Cartagena we will be coming here no doubt about it !! If I could rate this higher I would. Breakfast with chef Isa is unbelievable leaves you craving her cooking for the next day. From all the receptionist to the cleaning crew what an unbelievable experience and amazing treatment!

This hotel is wonderful, with a great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and very clean rooms. The only downside was the cold jacuzzi—it should definitely be warm. Also, Cartagena is a lively city, so if you’re looking for quiet nights, keep in mind that there are parties and music in the streets until late. I chose not to stay in the Historic Center, but it was still difficult to fall asleep early because of the noise. Other than that, everything was great. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is possibly the best place I have ever stayed in my life. What a beautiful, grand, picture-perfect property. It feels like it should cost thousands a night to stay there - like somewhere an exclusive celebrity or film star would stay. It was inspiring, enchanting. You have to stay there to believe it. I would love to stay here again.

Hotel Voila Pedregal is absolutely amazing. I 100% recommend it! It feels like a luxurious oasis right in the heart of Getsemani. The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and had great AC, all while maintaining a beautiful colonial charm. The location is unbeatable; it's just steps away from the vibrant streets of Getsemani and the Historic Center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The entire staff, from the kitchen to the housekeeping team, was welcoming and eager to help from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Jimmy and Mildred for recommending such fantastic places to eat and visit. I will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in Cartagena!

El lugar precioso, súper céntrico, cerca de todo; la priopiedad muy linda, las habitaciones hermosas, limpias, cómodas, equipadas con aire acondicionado y ventilador; el baño también bello y limpio, siempre toallas nuevas. El único detalle es que nos costó encontrar la propiedad porque no tiene rótulo en la entrada, pero la dirección que anotan en la descripción sí es la correcta. El desayuno es de 7am-10am, para tenerlo en cuenta, es sencillo pero rico. 100% recomendados, me quedaría ahí de nuevo definitivamente.

Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse al visitar cartagena
