"The Staff from the Clerical to House Keeping was absolutely remarkable. Our room was kept spotless and the clerical were quick to go beyond our expectations. What my wife and I did not like was the extreme street noise which had a very adverse effect on our attempt to get a good nights sleep."

"Stayed here for 4 nights and was overall pleased. They have a lovely rooftop bar which was a great place to unwind after long days of sightseeing. There is a metro station right next to the hotel which made getting around very convenient. The restaurant was also nice, had dinner there once. Staff was very friendly, rooms were on the small size however not an issue since we were hardly there. Only issue is if your room is on the side of the main street, it can get a bit loud at night however this was not a realy issue for me. "

"The W is the most amazing place to stay. While not in city center, the hotel offers many dining options, beautiful views, access to the beach, excellent rooms and facilities. Totally worth staying there instead of city center. Staff and food were also excellent. Highly recommend!"
