"The apartment was bare bones. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 days, 1 tide pod for the washer, no cleaning supplies provided. The pack and play was broken, there was no hair dryer when we arrived even though we had asked in advance ( they did bring one for us). We had an issue with the toilet that took almost 24 hours to get it fixed ( it wasnt flushing). The shower doesnt drain and you end up standing in 1.5 inches of water the whole shower, which if you want a hot shower, tha hot water only...

"A professional hotel with good airport pick up, most things as expected with a couple of small dissapointments. the first being there are only glasses in the room and no cups for hot drinks, the second, and all too common these days, no shelf in the shower to put your own wash stuff"
