Very beautiful hotel with a very warm welcoming staff.
I stayed with my 4 yr old daughter. They looked after her need very well. Food was prepared as per my request and was promptly served by in- room dinning. From cleanisiness , toiletry, beddings to food, everything was reflecting it's high standard.
Hotel Manager had given us a room with airport view so that my daughter can enjoy her stay in hotel.
All sevices were very prompt and efficient.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. The staff was very helpful,proffesional and polite.The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful.The live music was very relaxing and entertaining.
The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative.
The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.
