Clean property and staff was courteous and accommodating.

The staff and management were very welcoming, always asking I’m ok and need anything. 2 minutes to the beach and shops. Clean pool. Food amazing, big breakfast. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. The hotel is located close to Baga beach and only a short distance away from Calangute and Candolim beaches. The staff is excellent and rooms very spacious. We stayed in a full suite with well furnished kitchen.

Excellent hotel to stay for a group As per the rating given except for the wooden cottages which require some safety in windows to be assuring from thief and a separate main switch for AC(takes time to cool in summer) the decor is excellent. No problem with good. One thing I recommend to hotel management is what's with the sign boards, remove some of them.

Location of the hotel is awesome as you can see the Baga beach and sea in the front while the Baga river flows on one side. Our room was in front of the swimming pool, which my daughter loves. The staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms were clean, large and comfortable. The hotel was 15 minutes to Baga beach and walking to and from to beach on New Years Eve was safe and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and our New Year Baga Beach experience was wonderful.

The room is quite near to titoos lane and ideal for partying. The property is like guest house type meant for bachelors and some rooms are suitable for family also..No much facilities. Best for stay near to beach and pubs. Plenty of resturants and liquor shop near by.

We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves.
