Easy to find and in immaculate condition (I believe it was refurbished around 2022). From the moment we met the receptionist we knew this was going to be a good stay. The room was very spacious. We used the equipment in the gym, and had dinner at the comedy store in the basement which made a change. The food we pf a high standard. We also enjoyed Brunch which was again of a very high standard.

Great staff. Convenient. Very nice rooms.

Nice welcome. Very friendly staff.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Kitchener, well maintained, easy and secure parking, helpful staff Beds where a bit to soft for my liking but that's just my preference, otherwise can't fault the hotel

The staff were welcoming and very friendly, Breakfast was nice, the rooms were clean and tidy, the only problem that we had was that the pillows were very soft, but other than that a perfect stay, highly recommended.

Good breakfast Really helpful staff 100% brilliant Clean room

Clean room, good location.

Great location. Breakfast was included and was great too. Quiet and clean.

Convenient for those with their own transport and the rooms being on just two floors (with access to the upper one by stairs) meant that half the rooms at least were all quiet. Rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outside and chairs are provided there for guests to sit out in good weather. Drawback for late risers is that the breakfast area is fairly small and insufficient at times for the total number of guests in the buildiing. Variety of food available is quite good though. ...
