"Very disappointed stay at HOME 2 Kitchener. Toilet was clogged and no one was available to fix it. There was no lighting and no notice, so we had to walk through a dark alley.Room service was only every other day, and the breakfast was very poor. Worst part was the manger’s response- after everything, he only offered a future room upgrade at Hilton hotel, assuming we’d come back. Wow! Not satisfied at all."

"We stayed for 2 days family of 4, light in a bathroom didn’t work and we asked the receptionist to fix it-ignored, housekeeper always prepared towels for 2, kept asking for additional 2. Food in a restaurant -horrible, buns are hard like were baked a week ago, broccoli soup we couldn’t even eat, tested disgusting, teriyaki rice with shrimps and salmon also overpriced and not tasty, better to order somewhere else. "

"Heated floor in bathroom was lovely, but there was confusion with my reservation and I did not end up with breakfast included which was sub-optimal. Parking was convenient and easy. "

"Parking on the main level could be right outside your room with multiple entrances around the building made bringing in our stuff so easy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday, staff were friendly and helpful, and most important it was quiet at night! "

"The jettub wasn’t working in the first room we got but the staff was quick to respond & switched us into a different room without any issues. Staff was nice & friendly."

"Check in time at 3pm, shuttle was picking everyone up for the wedding at 330. We tried to check in early and no rooms were available - understandable, so we were told to come back at 3 to check in before we go. We went back at 3:10 after getting ready for the wedding in the bathroom, still no rooms available any time soon… had to check in after the wedding at 130am. We were in the room only to sleep, and bothered that there were no rooms available even after check-in time. They weren’t able to help with any discount or anything so we spent $250 to check in at 130am"

"The house is charming and very clean and tidy. The only drawback is the road noise if you are staying at the front of the house (which we were). The parking was easy, the breakfast choices were great and the room itself quite cozy. Sweet place to stay."

"This is one of the best stay I have ever had... check in was very smooth.. all instructions how to access the room and how to get to the hotel were shared right on time... the unit was extremely clean and well equipped . I objectively highly recommend"
