A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.

Perfect location, lovely building, all staff super nice and a great breakfast. Some facilities were being renovated but all else great and they worked with us to make up for no spa for our dates!

A well located hotel opposite the Royal Palace and within walking distance of the main sites in Madrid. The room we had was spacious and clean and well equipped. The only thing missing for us as Brits was milk to put in the cup of tea we were able to make in the room but this was not a problem for us personally as there was a small shop close by. Very happy with our stay. Perfectly clean rooms, food available late when we got in to check in at night, breakfast available until 11/12 depending on day of the week. We didn't spend much time there but any staff we did interact with were all friendly and helpful in either English or Spanish.

Good location, welcoming staff and staff provided gluten and lactose free options for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

The property was 2 mins walk from Plaza Mayor with all the restaurants and history, and the location allowed easy walkable access to historic Madrid. A short walk down a street took you to a taxi rank so easy for airport run. Breakfast reasonabke price and good selection.

A great hotel in the centre of Madrid. Friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice choice for breakfast at extra cost. Close to Santo Domingo metro station and all the main tourist areas.

Stayed at this hotel for four nights and found it located very conveniently to central parts of Madrid. The standard of the room was great for what I paid and I could not have asked for more. No issues. Staff was helpful and I appreciated that I was allowed to leave my baggage with the hotel after I had checked out. They had a system for that in place that I felt I could trust. Breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was great quality Nespresso. Overall, I would not mind staying here again.

Excellent location, room and service. My room was very big, cleaned and comfortable. Staff was helphul and very nice. The hotel is in Madrid centre. There are coffe shops, restaurants, shops, supermarket nrxt to the hotel.

Good hostel for meeting friends nas very clean

The hotel was very closed to the Palacio Real and Gran via street. The views from our room were brilliant. The staff were very polite and helpful and the room was very clean.

Very helpful staff let me check in early to leave my bag. Beautiful old apartmento right in the city centre. Front room is really big but it can be noisy at night from the street but this doesn't bother me.

Lovely hotel, staff could not have done more for me! Breakfast was good quality and good value. The room was clean and well maintained. Yes the bathroom could have used a little love, this in no way put a dampner on my stay. Great location - as a single female traveller I felt safe at all times
