Clean new hotel in a great location. Got a nice quiet room after a long flight. Maria, Mitchelle, Lawrence, Dom, Whicari and housekeeping were exceptional. This is becoming my choice brand for travel due to reliable professionalism. Thank you Home2 Suites!

Hyatt Place Austin Downtown
The staff were great but would not help with luggage. Considering I’m disabled and am not allowed to lift anything heavy they still would not help with luggage. Room was fine and clean however air conditioner extremely noisy and blew on us the whole night. Had to go to pharmacy to get meds for neck. ...

If you get a room facing 6th street area/ pub crawl area, be aware that you may not sleep until 2am due to loud music. If the hotel is sold out, you’re out of luck like in my case
