"I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I even called the resort last night to confirm this. Upon arrival I was given 1 king bed. And told that since i booked with a 3rd party (EXPEDIA) I would have to pay two hundred and fourty dollars to get a room with two beds. I am very upset. Please resolve this for me. I want a refund for that upcharge. Please and thank you."

"I really liked the sea view the room was very clean and cozy the only thing I didn't like about that was that we had a couple next to our room that we could hear everything they said and everything they did including when they had intimate relationships that was very uncomfortable, also, the word is no water in the refrigerator. And I believe they need to have more amenities, including a pool. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and professional. And something I loved about the Hotel is the pleasant smell that there is when you enter the reception area."

"The pool and restaurants were great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left little to be desired. You can tell they do the bare minimum when cleaning after guests check out. There was a build up of dust along the side tables, alarm clock, and phone as if it wasn’t wiped down in months. The sheets had an odor as though it wasn’t washed from the previous occupants. It looked clean and had no stains but it smelled as though it’s been layed in. Honestly just a sickening disgusting feeling. "
