"Almost zero amenities"

"Property is still pretty solid although its age is beginning to show. Slots were tighter than all hell, couldnt win anything for two days. Room was clean but no maid service for two nights we werw there. Il Verdi was excellent and marketplace had some good snack options along with a great breakfast spot with Hash House A Go Go. All in all a decent spot but I dont think id pay as much as I did next time."

"Good distance to the ocean and the boardwalk, easy walk when the neighboring motel is behaving. Nice lobby area. The staff were incredible! My daughter fell walking back to the hotel from the boardwalk and scrapped her knee, when we got in I asked for a bandaid, they pulled the first aid kit out right away accompanied by lollipops. Housekeeping checked in to see if we needed clean towels, etc. daily. Would recommend, and would stay there again."

"The bathroom in the room was not properly cleaned. There was a pad wrapped on the closet floor. Hair still in the shower floor. The common areas had the same stained on the floor for 3 days. The elevator walls and floors where filthy."

"I’ve stayed in the hard rock several times and never had a bad experience until this time. The room was nearly 800.00 for the night and it was the trashiest room I’ve ever been in especially for the price I paid for it. There was garbage from someone else left on the floor, the furniture is falling apart the lamp shade is stained and the carpet is stained, and full of cigarette burns. The “upgrade “ extra charge was more of a downgrade."

"Our cards were deactivated before our check out. When I came back from breakfast out found out we were locked out. Housekeeping the manager, who had us waiting for 20 min in the hallway. I called the front desk to see if someone was coming and they put us on hold for 10 min. I hang up and called again. I was told if I want my key I need to come get it myself. I ran downstairs and was given a key and no one bothered to apologize. This was my first and last time I will ever stay at a Nobu hotel, considering the rooms are just basic too."
